Tumble Classes

Friday Tumble focuses on building essential tumbling techniques, starting with Beginner skills like forward rolls and handstands, progressing to more advanced moves like front walkovers and back extension rolls.

Tuesday Tumble offers a structured progression, starting with Intermediate skills such as standing back handsprings and round-off back handsprings, then advancing to complex combinations like back handspring step-outs, aerials and.tucks. Each class is designed to challenge athletes and build strength, flexibility, and confidence, ensuring progress through every level.


Specialty Classes

Our Specialty Stunt Classes offers an exciting opportunity to work in small groups or pairs to create and perform one-minute routines that showcase a variety of skills.

In 2025 there will be Group Stunt, Partner stunt and Duo’s on Offer

This is subject to availability of coaches.

Prep Cheer

Our Prep cheerleading experience is designed for athletes who have a little experience with cheer and are searching for a more competitive way to perform.

Practices: 1-2 practices per week
Competes: 3 times per year

Competitive

Our competitive program is designed for athletes that have level preferred skill sets focused on technique mastery. These classes include 1x weekly tumble class and is the best value for money

Practices: 2 practices per week

Competes: 4-5 times per year (W/ Travel)

Age: 10 and Under (Mini): Level 1
Training hours per week : 2hours
