Recreation Cheerleading Coach
We're searching for a passionate individual to assist with the coaching of one of our recreation teams. The role would focus on in class skill development, choreography, teamwork, and performance preparation. You'll be provided guidance, motivation, and support while fostering a positive and inclusive environment. This role is best suited to someone who is starting their coaching journey or someone new to the "Alpha" gym environment.
Ideal candidates have a strong cheerleading background or a willingness to learn. They must posses, exceptional coaching abilities, a genuine enthusiasm for helping athletes thrive, are reliable and have an ability to think on their feet.
